How often do models need to have sex to get ahead in their careers?

It would be nice to have some article about this or documentation, i'm having a discussion with someone and they were under the belief that sex and modeling had nothing to do with each other.

I was under the belief that they were intrinsically linked.

Who is right?

I am sure you have a real good point, but very few models will speak about it. I doubt you will get any reliable information. That kind of information is taboo and no one will say anything.
